In terms of rendering and processing speed, the Renommee Plus equals the Solitaire Plus. Each Renommee is shipped with a 300 GB hard-drive in an exchangeable drive sled and with a Dual-Layer Pioneer DVD burner (latest model).

Software is installed from CD/DVD – due to this, the Renommee no longer requires a Smart Media drive. Of course, all required front and back connectors are still there. The HD sled is compatible with the Prestige – you can use your Prestige drive with the same sled in the Renommee. No need to lose your project when upgrading! Casablanca Renommee is shipped with Smart Edit 5.

The Renommee Plus is almost five times faster than a Prestige! This makes Renommee Plus the ideal machine for demanding users. The Renommee Plus’ high performance capabilities make it ideal for the demands of HDV editing.
